I had tried to replace my own pads and rotors, but after taking off the pads and caliper I hit a couple of snags. I googled for a mobile mechanic and Frank was one of the first to come up. He tried helping me over the phone as it was late at night, but then offered to come out and help me. Upon arrival, he handled my replacement with efficiency and ease, and was even talking/showing me how to do it for the next time I wanted to attempt it for myself, and explained everything in understandable terms. Handled it in about a hour or less. Great guy, easy conversation, no stress, and the most affordable mechanic that I’ve found and experienced in the area. Now my car drives smoother than before. No complaints whatsoever. Definitely will be coming back to him for future maintenance.

This guy is AMAZING. My boyfriend and I thought we had a problem with our alternator, as our car was not holding charge after the battery died. My boyfriend tried making the repair and started unscrewing parts, but decided we would need a professional. I had Atlas come to look at our car, had the part to replace and everything. When he arrived, he did a few tests before proceeding, and it turns out my boyfriends car jumper was not as strong as it needed to be to fully charge. Nothing wrong at all with the battery or alternator. I feel like if I went with another company, they would just change the part regardless to make the money for the service, but Atlas Auto Services is so kind, dependable, and very trustworthy. He charged up our car, put everything back screwed together, and ensured everything was safe and sound before leaving. I am now going to be calling them if I have any emergency car issues because they are so professional and are not just trying to make quick money. Give this guy some BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Franklin. I called for a mobile auto service to check my battery, and he arrived within an hour. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of making unnecessary repairs. After testing everything, Franklin determined that my alternator was fine and that I simply needed a new battery. He even removed the battery for me and confirmed that it was still under warranty, which saved me money. I really appreciated his honesty and his commitment to finding the best solution rather than the most expensive one. Franklin was trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable mobile auto service. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Franklin provides the help you wish you got everywhere. He stayed in communication, was quick to respond, showed up on time, changed my battery (he even ran to the auto parts store to get a part for my 28 year old 4Runner), tightened my auxillary belts, worked quicky, was reasonably priced, and was just super easy to deal with. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had an excellent experience with Franklin the Mechanic. He recently replaced my rear brake pads and rotors, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. From the start, Franklin was honest and straightforward about what my car needed. He clearly explained the condition of my brakes, why the repair was necessary, and what the job would involve. I really appreciated the transparency and the fact that there was no pressure or upselling—just honest, quality work. The repair was done quickly and at a fair price, and my car now feels safer and drives perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic who does great work, I highly recommend Franklin. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
